Design Services
We provide support to our Clients so that their building works comply with current building regulations.
In most cases we do this by providing them with a structural design service which includes providing the Client with building structural calculations and structural details which they submit to their local building standards authority attached to the building warrant drawings and application.
Where Clients wish to submit SER certificate of design, we have a number of approved bodies and their approved certifiers with whom we liaise and assist our Clients to be issued with SER certificate of design, issued by others. We provide the necessary advice and all support in liaising with the relevant approved certifier and approved body.
Buildings
We have expertise in providing structural design service for existing building alterations such as extensions to existing building structures, slapping through existing load bearing and non-load bearing walls, alteration to existing roof structures, loft conversions and new build structures, constructed of timber frame construction, cold formed and hot rolled steel portal frames, and reinforced concrete.
Retaining walls
Design, inspections and stability assessment.
Bridges
We provide design services for load assessment of all types of existing bridges, bridge widening schemes, strengthening schemes and independent design check.
We also provide design site representative, DSR supervision and Resident Engineer Site Supervision.
